hero people- so today was my first day with no job, it's pretty weird when you have to work your whole life. i filed for unemployment so we will see how things go...
anyway no work means 4 hours of riding with some peeps, it was really only supposed to be a 2 hour but whatever. started out warm, ended kind of cold, cant even tell you where i was, somewhere in parker. overall i was happy to get a good ride in.

weekend update
nothing too exciting, pretty standard really(in austin powers voice) 2 1/2 hours with lee and some of the rmrc guys, then the west side ride 4 hours 20min. weather was great sat. a tad cold sunday but still nice for mid nov.

training the last couple of weeks
Goedenavond: training has been going well and as expected, the weather had been nice and it's great to get all the workouts done. with the training plans from cycling peaks i am doing around 11-13 hours a week with two days of gym workout mixed in. http://www.trainingpeaks.com/vlaanderen75
